At SMJ (Smart Making Jacket), we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you encounter any issue with your delivered product—such as an incorrect size, color variation, or a product that differs from your order—we offer an easy and transparent Exchange Policy to help you resolve it quickly.

Please review the following guidelines to understand the process, conditions, and your responsibilities before requesting an exchange.

Exchange Policy Overview

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order at Contact@smjacket.com.
Valid reasons for requesting an exchange include:

  • Incorrect size or color

  • Product defect or damage

  • Receiving an item different from your original order

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, SMJ will gladly exchange it for a new one. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the item, you may request a discount on your next purchase as a goodwill gesture.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The reason for the exchange must be clearly mentioned in your email.

  • Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you must send the product back to SMJ for inspection.

  • When our inspection team verifies the product, your exchange will be processed within 15 working days.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please review the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. SMJ will not accept products that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  3. If damage occurs from the customer’s side, SMJ will not be responsible for providing an exchange.

  4. Exchanges are only accepted for issues related to size, color variation, or product mismatch.

  5. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the product for exchange.

  6. The product must be sent back to the same warehouse from which it was originally dispatched.

  7. Please use a trackable courier service for returns and share the tracking ID with our support team at Contact@smjacket.com to ensure smooth tracking and processing.

  8. Exchange orders are not processed free of cost — you may be liable for customs and shipping fees.

  9. Custom-made or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.

  10. If you qualify for an exchange but choose to keep the existing product, SMJ will reward you with a 30–40% discount coupon for your next purchase.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Email us at Contact@smjacket.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, return the product to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Our inspection team will verify the returned item’s condition.

  4. After successful inspection, we will process your exchange and send you a confirmation email.

If you don’t receive an update within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team again at Contact@smjacket.com, and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
