Free Worldwide Shipping

SMJ offers free worldwide shipping on all orders placed through smjacket.com.

Delivery Timeframes

  • USA, UK, and Europe: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Other Countries: Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 working days, depending on customs clearance, location, and regional delivery conditions.
     Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly based on external factors such as customs delays or remote delivery locations.

Courier Partners

SMJ works with trusted international courier services including DHL, FedEx, and TNT, ensuring your parcel is handled with care and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

When your order arrives in your country, customs duties or import taxes may be applied. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and SMJ will not be liable for any such fees.
However, import duties do not apply in certain regions, including the USA, UK, and Canada.

Remote Area Delivery

While SMJ provides free global shipping, please note that remote area charges are not covered. If your address falls under a remote delivery zone (outside major courier coverage areas), you may need to pay a small remote area fee directly to the courier service.

Restricted Locations

For security and policy reasons, SMJ does not ship to the following countries:
Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Additionally, we are unable to deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.

Signature Requirement

To ensure your package is received safely, a signature is required upon delivery. This signature serves as confirmation that you’ve received your order in good condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number from SMJ. You can use this number to track your shipment and monitor its progress in real time.

If you face issues such as missed delivery or undelivered packages, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking information. SMJ is not responsible for unclaimed parcels after multiple delivery attempts.
