At SMJ (Smart Making Jacket), your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives with an issue, we’ve designed a fair and transparent Returns and Refund Policy to help you resolve it smoothly. Please review the details below carefully to understand our process, applicable deductions, and options for exchanges or refunds.

Product Inspection and Reporting

We take great care in crafting and inspecting every product before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you must share clear photos of the product within 1 day of delivery at Contact@smjacket.com.
Please note: Reports made after this period will not qualify for a return or refund.

Customization and Order Adjustments

Each order is made according to the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

  • If you wish to modify any detail (such as size or design features), please email us at Contact@smjacket.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Any added custom features may result in an increase in the product price.

We strongly recommend reviewing the Product Specifications and Size Guide before finalizing your order.

Size Guide & Fitting Policy

Our size chart is provided in centimeters (CM). For example, if your body measurement is 89cm–92cm, the jacket will be made approximately 98cm–105cm to ensure comfortable fitting.

If you prefer an exact fit, please share your precise body measurements within 12 hours of order placement, and we’ll customize it accordingly.

If you receive a size issue:

  • We’ll first verify the product’s measurements against the size details you provided.

  • If the error is from our side, you can file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • If the mistake occurred during size selection by the customer, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. However, as a goodwill gesture, SMJ will provide a special discount coupon for your next purchase.

Cancellation & Refund Deductions

If you decide to cancel your order, the following deductions apply:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: 20% of payment will be deducted.

  • After 24 hours but before dispatch: 30% will be deducted.

  • If the order has been dispatched: 60% of the total amount will be deducted.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can email us at Contact@smjacket.com to request cancellation.

Material and Quality Assurance

SMJ uses only premium-grade materials to ensure durability and comfort. If you wish to verify material details before confirming your purchase, you can email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll share material samples, images, and information for your satisfaction.

Please note: Claims of “material dissatisfaction” made after receiving the product will not qualify for a refund, as all materials are verified before dispatch.
